Soul and Anchor Tattoo Parlor is the creation of owner and artist Ryan Bill, who is a California transplant to Georgia since 2012, and has a combined 20+ years of experience tattooing.

Now located in the booming city of Columbus Georgia, Soul and Anchor strives to offer the best customer service and tattooing in the city's most exquisite tattoo parlor, honoring quality, cleanliness, and sterility, while maintaining a positive atmosphere free of egos and "rockstar" tattoo artists.
